Maddy that is nice of you to want  Freo to win.  I feel the same, although it is hard to swap from Eagles to them, even for a day.

I'm sure most interstaters will want Freo to win - after 19 years in the competition, it's time.  Go Freo but please change your song, it's terrible  :-))

I agree about their song Judy. It is painful.

I am going to the Royal Show tomorrow. DD doesn't want the Dockers to win, so we will be able to have a war at the show.

Packed up and drove to Robe for a week with the kids (school holidays).  Stopped at Murray Bridge to see the legendary Bunyip in the river there.  DH and I remember it from our childhood.  Both our boys were terrified and ran away at top speed and just wanted to get in the car and get out of there :D it was funny once we had calmed them down  ;D
Now we are here and all ready for a relaxing week.  Hope the weather improves though!  Have arranged a surprise scenic flight for DH in a tiger moth - including aerobatics!

Go the Dockers!

Clueless about football? but hope your DH like his surprise flight KarenH.
I sent DH up in a spitfire over the Blue Mountains a few years ago. He loved it but was a little green around the gills afterwards ;D

Karen that will be lovely for your DH. I hope you enjoy your break. I remember the Bunyip. DD was scared stiff too and we had to promise not to go back there. Obviously we haven't been there for many years.

Oh dear Karen, I must have forgotten how scary it is for little ones  ;D  I hope they sleep well tonight.

Hope the weather improves for DH's flight and that he enjoys it.

Have fun guys.

I'm guessing they won't be singing the bunyip song anymore!

Have a great time away.

No, the bunyip song is definitely off the playlist now :D :D :D.  We had to listen to Village People the rest of the way in the car instead
