the best of luck to your gd mf what a wonderful experience she will have :D
Internet problems are the pits so I'm feeling your pain, my issue is they say they've fixed the problem and two days later its happening again,  pretty much paying for nothing although they did give me $ 100 off my next bill not that it calms the 12 year old down you would think the world was ending ::)

Gert, great photos, that salad looks lovely. Is it a TMX recipe?

MF, good luck to your GD. The internet is such a pain when it doesn't work. Optus finally appear to have fixed ours but we are still thinking of moving to Telstra.

Yes quirky Jo provided lunch and a mini demo where she cooked a Thai style soup with fresh coral trout preceded by the quinoea salad followed by dragon fruit ice cream  . Forgot to take pics of that but it was pretty.

W went to broken nose vanilla farm where we were quite overwhelmed by the erotic cross pollination we attempted. Then on to Mungalli Dairy for morning tea, lunch. QJ hen a worm farm followed by an very interesting bio dynamic farmers place.

Vacuumed the whole house this morning, did a small load of washing.  Cooked a roast lunch with all the trimmings and then went out to visit DS and his family.

Recovering from a trip into the city yesterday. I try to avoid the centre like the plague, but couldn't due to Miss 12 having an excursion in there.
We found a parking bay, nearly died when the signs said it would cost us $36 for 4+ hours  :o
We found the museum meeting point. (phew!) Handed Miss 12 over and I then walked about 400 km for the next 5 hours trying to get inspiration for Christmas gifts, fending off "have ya got 2 bucks luv?" "ohh, your lunch looks nice, are you sharing that with me?" "I need a job honey, can you give me one?" and numerous other not so polite suggestions that I had a hard time ignoring and thinking that glad my kids aren't with me to hear this. (No to all of those!)
And the language from some, in the middle of the mall with their pants down around their knees and going off their heads about who knows what.
 :o :o :o :o

I was disappointed with the stores in the city, there was nothing different to the shopping centre in the suburbs, there seems to be a large amount of odd people in there - or was it just me? Do people look in the mirror now-a-days before they leave their house? And there's a few hairdressers out there who need a lesson in hair colouring techniques too!
I think I am getting old!
Came home empty handed, with sore feet and thankful that the parking only cost me $18!
And still no inspiration for Christmas gifts  :(
