well I've just come back from a funeral of the father of my neighbour. although I didn't know him as well as I would've liked to, what a gorgeous man he was who lived a very full and interesting life. Its made me realise that I'd better start doing some interesting things otherwise there won't be anything to talk about and my funeral will be over in 5 mins  :o

Sadly funerals do make us reflect on the past but also allow us to focus on the here and now. I guess we could all do with a bucket list

Top of my list would be to meet Elvis ......oh wait I did meet Elvis . Nothing compares so I have no need to have a bucket list.

I don't have a bucket list. I did want to do a couple of things like stand on the shore of the Gulf of Carpentaria, see Ayers Rock and Birdsville. They have all been achieved.
CP we could all contribute more than 5 minutes for you, don't worry. ;)

It's amazing what they'll find to talk about and make our lives sound interesting at our funerals CP, pity we won't be able to hear it  ;)

Geoff always said there would be standing room only at his funeral, there would be no seats  ;D

Keep yourself busy Michele although you've been so busy lately you have probably done all your jobs - next suggestion, spend more time on here chatting to us, we'll keep you company.  It's lovely that Don has gone home to see his folks for Christmas, they'll love having him.

Thanks for the comments on my vegie patch girls. I'm hoping it will produce a good crop like it did when I first set it up, I was picking spinach in no time and it just kept sprouting.  Lack of time since then has meant I've neglected it but with the money spent to bring the soil back to scratch, I'm expecting something similar to happen.  If not, then that will be the end of it for me.
