Bottled my cider. I was nervous after Gerts comments but the kit came with a pump. Really easy. I would reccomend this kit for ease of use now 5 week wait until we taste it.

Hope it turns out ok Denise - most brews do. I've just bottled a batch of black currant wine and I think it will be really nice. Got a strawberry wine and mango wine going at the moment (and a green tea wine experiment)

They sound lovely Bonsai. Mad Millie has done it all for me so should be ok. I think the sterilizing was the most time consuming.

Looks a good colour Denise . Can't wait until the taste test . Memorable birthday . God fun. You gunna start another brew?

Bonsai I hope the green tea works out. Please let us know. You can now by alcoholic tea with peach, strawberries and other flavours. Very nice.

Been telling DH about your cider Denise. He is very jealous as that's what he and all my boys drink in preference to beer. My eldest DD loves it too :D  Well done  ;D

MF last time we were in NZ we did a jet boat road through the wilderness. We loved it.

I have been out all day again today. DD and I spent the day in the city. We had a Japanese lunch and outside the Police Pipe Band were playing. I loved it as I love bagpipes. :D :D We bought heaps of books, some Kiehl's products and I also bought some candied clementines and Murray River salt from David Jones food hall.  I've had a lovely day.
