You are doing something you love Hally so it is not a chore and your friend will be so grateful for your generosity.

Get well soon Astarra, good advice from Gert.
Well done to the house painters. I've been there recently. Woodstaining too. I have a few snags to sort out wittier and paint. Currently lambing still and gardening.
The furniture arrives on Wednesday, been in store since redundancy. Will bring a few memories back when I unpack it..... Going to touch up the walls after the removals men have left to cover the marks.

Today fetched parts for electrician working in office and shed, returned surplus items, bought cushion fillers and dropped curtain remnants and cushions off to be made up to finish each bedroom. Did food shopping. Dropped 3 boxes at charity shop, came home with small wicker basket for logs.

I am not on here much as it's so hectic... But I think of you all.

DJ- with all you're doing, it's a wonder you have time to turn around! The more you do it seems the busier you get!! Glad you get a moment here and there to pop on here though. Hope the spring and summer months are really good to you! :)

Knew you were busy with lambs but thinking about you every day. We can't wait  until you open your doors for guests and greet the first ones.

I am wondering if you might keep one ewe as a milker  after lambs. Might be nice to make some sheeps milk cheese  and yogurts. I would. But then I am not a busy girl.

Sounds like a good idea Gert.
Great to hear from you DJ and hope things settle down for you soon although you will still be busy when B&B opens.
A quiet day at home planned for me today and hopefully alone  ;D
Will be nice to just relax and maybe get into reading a book.

That sounds just wonderful, Penny.  :)

I have not done much and it is very frustrating - made some brownie and put a load of washing on (DH said he will hang it out for me, thankfully) Now just waiting for the nurofen to kick in... >:( >:( >:(  Glad the swelling is starting to go down tho  :D

Missed your postings DJ so knew you must be flat out over there.  It sounds like it's really coming together now, at last I hear you say  ;)

Have a great day with the family Penny.
