Dede we can have the big girl pants together. I am not fussed on doctors at all, but like my cardiologist, for some reason.
at least he is truthful.

I think I have a couple more spots on my forehead too, so I think a specialist is the best way to go for ongoing checks and treatment. I'm going to be covered in unsightly scars if I let the doctor keep hacking at me.
Obbie I will be thinking of you as time comes closer for your op. Although I think once the defibrillator is in you will feel more at ease. I know my mum was worried about dad leading up to the op. Once the op was done she was relieved and more relaxed.

Good luck with your surgery dede and obbie. Hope all goes well.

Watching and listening to the news about Scotland's challenge for independence from UK. It's been  33 years since we left the bonnie banks of our homeland and awaiting the news of the referendum with bated breath.

MF, we, too, have mixed feelings about the Scottish referendum ... should we listen to our hearts or our heads?  I hope, for everyone's sake, it will have to be no, but whatever the result I think it will rip the country apart for a short while until feelings settle back down again.

Hey Cookie - I love towing, means I am going somewhere with someone! (usually my spotty horse  ;D ) Have fun.

Waiting for the farrier to come trim the boys toes and then off to check out a wedding venue and help the bride to be decide if it is "it" for the ceremony or the whole shebang.

Hubby is towing today too - taken his comp truck to Toodyay for the weekend. I made sure he had food and his helmet (he has to pack the rest) and waved him goodbye at 6.30am. Girly weekend ahead with my gorgeous girls, I think we might go out for tea!

Although my heart wanted Scotland to be independent I am very pleased that they are still part of the UK. I think it is the most stable and secure  way to go and  for everyone. I am sure you will agree Cuilidh.  :)

I've been to school today, it was Sharing Day so my DD and I took bead making paraphernalia and we helped the kids make be added hair clips and long beaded strands to be plaited in their hair, another parent had scrap booking and a Dad had woodworking and they all made a cute little birdhouse.  Good day but glad it is over, two, hours was long enough. ;D

Sounds very tiring Aussie Brenda. I remember when my DS was in kinder and I went and helped do some cooking, I was completely stuffed by the time I left. :)
