All good! Thanks everyone (well I don't yet know the results), five needles, 7 vials of blood and a couple of collapsed veins later I was out and off for a nice big breakfast...and then a big lunch!
Yes Judy, the test would be much easier to fathom if we could walk around in between jabs. My resr end got sore from the seats (of which I tried them all for best leg room!)
AB, he is due in mid May, but I suspect with similar complications to DD, it could be mid April, just have to wait and see what my platelets decide to do!

Jamberie you would have needed a couple of good meals after all that. I hope all the results are ok.

Mum's neurologist always kept us waiting for an eternity. I didn't like her much but Mum thought she was great, and that was what mattered.

This morning we set out from Albany and went west to Denmark. When we got there we found out that a lot of the roads to travel further west were closed and will be for several weeks. So we back tracked a bit and after a lovely drive through some beautiful countryside, we are set up in Busselton. We can't stay away from it. Under a beautiful shady tree and a big jump to the ocean.

Yes Katj. The Muir Highway was open to Manjimip from south, everything west of Walpole was closed, and the South West Highway as well. Also part of another highway I can't remember. We asked about the gravel roads that link all these places but they are all closed too. There wasn't a lot of smoke, only to the south of us.
We enjoyed the trip, especially from Manjimup to Nannup. Very pretty.  It's a few years since we did that drive.
We have ironed out a few hassles with the camper, mainly with putting it down. It was much easier this morning.

I was surprised so many roads are still closed. Good that you are getting the camper sorted out. :)

We were told this morning in Denmark that some may remain closed for 2-3 weeks. I don't know how factual that is.

Yes MF everything is fine around MR.
We drove home today and unpacked the bits we had. We will be using the camper again at the end of March to take to Busselton for a couple of nights. It's easier than the van to get out. The van is in the shed and the camper isn't.

We had a breakfast run for the car club today. Lots of fun as usual. I have a couple of photos I will post of it.
These are the cars that came to breakfast. Some people came in their modern cars but I didn't photograph them.
