Is the gnome land in the middle of nowhere or is it a well known tourist destination?

I have become very frustrated with Snap Recipes.  The recipes refuse to come up when required.
I tried Pepperplate but as I like to transfer recipes from my blog which contain photo, ingredients and instructions , all together , this doesn't work.
I have just bought Paprika for $6.50, and this seems to be the best option for me.  Inner to use it to be sure there are no impediments for me.
I have been investigating all options today while bored out of my brain while waiting for Ral while he is having his Cataract op.good way to use 4 hours.

I haven't been to Gnomesville for a few years. It got flooded a few years ago and quite a lot of the gnomes got damaged.
My sister lives down that way and when her GD was little she placed a gnome there. She is 14 now and last time I asked, DS told me GD's gnome was still there.
It's a very cute diversion if you are trvelling South.

Gnomes ills apparently started when a round about was put in near there. A young lass, who is now all grown up, decided it needed a gnome. People have been adding them for years and years. A man cleared all the area that is now used.  I think they will need to clear some more land for it soon.
Some of the gnomes are memorial gnomes, but most seem to have been placed there for just the fun of it. After the flood an ABC announcer here advised people that they could bring a gnome and $2 in to him and he would take all the gnomes down there. The $2 went to the Children's Hospital.

I try to never miss a visit to Gnomesville when I'm in the area. I placed a Gnome there years ago when we lived nearby in Collie.

The last time I went back it had grown quite a bit.

It would be easy to spend several hours there.

We have been looking after 2 GC for a few days, DSL. And DIL arrived yesterday. It is a pleasure to have them all here.  House is pretty chaotic but all good fun.
Today as we were finishing cleaning up after lunch, Ral called me out side.  He said he had something to show me.  And there  stood Judy. What a pleasant surprise.  Totally unexpected and how they found our place completely surprises me.  Judy was with her DD, SIL and his mum. All very welcome.
