Yah I have a 4 day weekend, this morning I went tv shopping, as our 3 year old tv gave up the ghost last week, luckily for me I had purchased a 4 year extended warranty. Decided on a samsung full HD Smart Tv, rang the insurance company and new tv will be delivered next tuesday as monday is a public holiday in the west. Cant complain about the service as I rang on Monday TV was picked up on tuesday, and they rang and emailed me yesterday with which models I could choose from. Then it was off to have my hair done and then a trip to ikea. I also managed to make some sugar free Lemon curd. It tastes quite nice. I have decided to go on the LCHF diet. And I need to take a dessert tomorrow night. I am going to make a base with almond flour and the meringue top with xylitol.

Love your spice racks kyton.
isn't it nice when you feel pleased with your working day Mich.
Nice to see you posting again Hally.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Mich, nice to have job satisfaction, or just feeling satisfied in general.  A nice place to be.
Kylie, that looks fantastic.  My spice drawer has always been a bugbear to me, especially when making SMixers  curries.  Last weekend my DD wrote on the top of  all my jars such a simple fix with much less frustration.

Jen, I think you will benefit from that way of eating. The first couple of weeks are the hardest.

Our other tv was a smart tv but this one looks like it will be a lot smarter Gert  lol.

Denise I have really been enjoying the LCHF and found it quite easy I have been following a banting group on FB.  Which has been very helpful. Going out of meals has been the hard part. As I really don't won't to tell my friends yet.

What a beautiful photo. He obviously loves the water.

Lovely photo Bedlam. Bath times can be the best times. I really admire you for going the whole way with foster care. I love the thought, but am too scared to commit. Would love to help a child and know I can make a difference, but scared of all the "other stuff' that comes with it. I sound so selfish, so maybe I should do something about it.

What fun it is having a bubble bath Denise, the little chap looks very comfortable  beneath all those bubbles. My GS absolutely loved bath time and would stay there until the water went cold! They were very special times when I had him.

I have been hacking at small trees for our rubbish clean up next week; fell over in the laundry the other night and am a bit stiff so need to get out and exercise a bit more.

I hope your soreness goes away soon troupie.  You can be left in pain for some time after a fall though.
