Went to see The Book of Mormon.  It was very funny and well done but (and there is always a 'but') it was so very loud I couldn't follow everything that was said / sung, which was a pity.  Nonetheless, we both enjoyed it very much - I think it would have been funnier had we known a little more about the Mormon faith though.

Cookie, what were they eating. .?
We love the bird life at both Cherokee and Invermay. With the dam at Invermay we get water birds .

Cookie we get a lot of those birds here in the trees behind us.  They make a lot of noise in the evening when they come home to roost.  We had fireworks here a few days ago (local show) and that really set them squarking.

We put the seed from our birds out each morning and we have a few pink and grey galahs come for that. On this morning I'm not sure what happened as all the seed had gone. Some of these were eating from the lawn and a few others had found the olives on our tree out the front. I love them but they are noisy. I heard on the radio the other day that Perth is having an influx of them. They have recently taken out a lot of trees near us and I think the birds have been displaced.

A busy day here, left home for my 2 Probus meetings at 8.30 am - noon,  from there on to the nursing home until 3.30 then up to Costco before going further north to meet a friend for dinner.  Finally home just after 9 pm.  I bought a 24 pack of hot cross buns at Costco for $5.99 ($3 off their regular price) so gave half to my friend.

DD and I had coffee this morning. Went into T2 and as we know the girls well they gave us a lovely free tea each. It was quite cold here today.

We spent the morning emptying the caravan of its contents as we have someone who maybe interested in buying it.  Now I have to find somewhere to store what I want to keep and send the rest to the op shop.

Then I spent a good part of the afternoon embroidering motifs on 6 t-shirts for GD for her 21st birthday outing with her friends.
