What have you been doing today?

After walking Chance this morning I went shopping with a friend. It was busy with Christmas shoppers.

After work, I went shopping for Christmas craft supplies today. Our family doesn't exchange gifts as we have too much stuff. Just making Christmas bon bons to open when we have our meal together.

Good idea Michele, would love to see a picture of them when you’ve finished.  I made some years ago and it was fun sourcing the little surprise to put inside them.

I saw Tenina today. I gave her some of my SD starter that originally came from Chookie. She has some family home for Christmas and a sons wedding coming up so I guess is very busy.

Yesterday, really enjoyed a get together with friends that I taught with, at a 70 th Birthday celebration.
Today picked up new iPad. They transferred all the information from old iPad via iCloud. Whole process took under 2 hours.
Breakfast out.
Morning tea at Coco Black. No lunch.
Last night Ral and I had dinner at Red Spice. Anyone remember from Forum Fest?
Tonight, maybe Haighs chocolates. ,!!

Busy day Chookie. DH and I went to the movies and saw The Man Who Invented Christmas. We mostly enjoyed it, little bit slow. Then we got some take away Indian and had it by the lake.

Chookie how perfect, the new iPad and then Red Spice and maybe Haighs..

We had friends round for a Christmas morning tea that went on until mid afternoon. A lovely catch up.

Most of the morning spent looking for a little wild rabbit miss4 rescued from a cat on our walk this morning, she carried it home then has somehow managed to lose it ... in our car 
Poor little thing had a bleeding ear and was very frightened

Grocery shopping this morning and some Christmas shopping.

Staff Xmas party last night - fabulous meal and a fun night.  Another Xmas get together with friends tonight then back to normal life for us.

Today I had better ready for next week when we have 3 pre Xmas celebrations.
Yesterday we had breakfast at Trotters cafe in Lyon street. The owner shared some of her home made Cumquat jam with us. It was much nicer than mine. Next Tuesday we will be in Melbourne again and I am taking her an Olive SD loaf which she will exchange for a jar of her jam.

That sounds lovely Chookie. It's wonderful to be able to do a trade. Most of my friends don't cook at all. One does but she still works.

I plan to do the food shopping today, but I am waiting for a delivery from TNT first.

Food out to DH , while he is harvesting. Last day of school , pick up DD boarding gear , it's mamouth . DS hair cut , home late again tonight , throw in dinner to paddoc tonight as well . Think dinner will have to be tuna and rice with veggies and a squeeze of lemon juice . Pack up for a quick trip to drop DD to Bronze camp for a week . Then home to look after DH& DS who will need feeding and DS some sleep .
