You are going to have a busy Mother’s Day Chookie. :D
Yes,but plenty of help. 15 year old GD will be here all day and is a great help.
CC, I see that they names the new Royal baby after your Louis.   Their Birthdays are also very close.
Oh how lovely having GD’s help Chookie.
I was surprise at the name for the baby Prince as Louis isn’t very common or trendy.

I bet Louis was happy about that Denise.  I was hoping they definitely wouldn’t go with Arthur so I was pleased with their choice.

GD is going to be a chip off the old block then Chookie, have a great day.
Louis loved it that he has the same name as the baby Prince.

I will always remember his birthday as it is the same day as mine.
This morning DD and I went to our local Westfield shopping centre. They are re developing it and have opened a couple of new coffee shops. We decided to try one of them that had specials of waffles. We usually share a cake so went all out today and shared a waffle!  Our drinks were ok but when the lass delivered the waffle some of it slipped off the plate. (It was a bad choice of serving plate) she rushed off and came back with serviettes, picked it up and plonked it back on the plate!  She walked off so I kindly returned the entire dish for her.  We will try one of the other new ones next time. 😀
We have the feeling that we may return to our usual one eventually.

Great reaction from you cookie.  Some people have no idea these days and this is the only way to teach them.

A visit to the doctor today, nothing serious.

I'm glad it  is nothing serious Margaret.

I went for my 9 monthly check up at the eye specialist. Eye pressure etc all stable, which is good news.

I went looking in my cookbooks for something to use up the Morello cherries I have left over. A few hours later I decided I had better do something else. Lucky DH is out, I had cookbooks everywhere. It was great fun though.

Sitting, sitting at eye specialist.  The good news is that they say I have my witts about me enough to do a field test.

I should hope so, silly people. I did one of those yesterday. Lots of lights flashing.

Went to visit another  patchworking friend yesterday.  I took several large bags of fabric, books and assorted bits and pieces to be given away to other ladies in her group.    These ladies make charity quilts to give to any one that needs them.
