I went out this morning for a couple of hours, then this afternoon did some cooking.

Marina, the crushed egg shells don’t  breakdown very well in the worm farm.  We have millions of worms but I am not sure if it is due to the 1/2 egg shells.  The lady who told me this is a Botanist.

We had a car club run today. Showers were forecast so we took the EJ. The club has thrown in a couple of mid week runs for the next month, that will keep us busy. We had morning tea at Perry Lakes, in Floreat Park where the 1962 Commonwealth Games were held and then drove down to Woodman Point south of Fremantle for a meeting and lunch just off the beach.

CC, read with interest about your DS worm  farm.  We have has one for years.  We were old to put 1/2 egg shells (not crushed) in, so worms could lay eggs in the shells.

Thanks Chookie. I will pass this info onto DS.
DD and GS are staying for one night.

K Atie you can walk your legs down to the knees at Chadstone. It is so very big and of course when we go there we have to walk every inch of it at least once. You sounded exhausted.

Gosh it is years since I have been to Chadstone.  I don't think I would last too long there now as it has become so big.

This morning I had to visit European Foods in Northbridge. (On the edge of the city). Tenina, in conjunction with them, had run an Easter competition and I won!!!!!!! They asked me to pick it up today, very exciting. I will definitely be having 1 or 2 of those chocolates.

Wow Cookie,  that is lovely.  Very nice when you win something.
Last time we were at  Chadstone we got lost.  Not hard for me as I have no sense of direction.
Cookie, love the way you do the outings with the car club.  Good company and different places to see.
CC, enjoy your DD and GS.
DD called in last night and showed us the designs for tops she has organised for the various clubs she belongs to. First she did it for the Fly Fishing Club , then the Dirt Girls ( bike riding), then the Canoe Club and then the Ski Club.  We liked the Ski one the best.  It has a large snowflake on the shoulder.

Well done Cookie . Cleaver DD Chookie .
Family day in Ballarat, mainly organized by DS . Lots of Farm jobs , Good guys to get DMIL a TV . DH keep disappearing he was measuring the car , TV box to big to the Landcruiser how funny is that , don't think his mum is that impressed . DD and dropped off at officeworks for more printing school work . Boys to field day . We walked to Lola cafe so nice . Looked for shoes for DD no luck this time . Finely boys picked us up few more stops then getting late so Grilld for early dinner . Madness , but all happy with their day . Nice to be home but the house seems messy how does everyone create such a disarray .
