OMG, I am exhausted reading what you girls have been up to.
Fairly quiet this week.  Voted yesterday and while out bought a hamburger for lunch. New shop ,very busy but the best bought burger I have had.  Took them down to the lake and watched the antics of the water fowl.

That sound nice and relaxing Chookie.  Sometimes we just need to stop and smell the roses or in your case watch the water fowl. :)

Such beautiful Autumn weather at the moment so the lake would have been very nice Chookie . Yesterday had my hair cut and coloured and dropped DD's dress and makeup for dinner dance on the weekend . Today I am meant to pack for girls weekend in Castlemaine but one migraine is slowing me down !

Managed to pack for weekend . OK now don't panic but as I was delivering DH his meal in the paddock I opened the gate ... went back to the car as I walked in front it was coming towards me dashed around and then it moved faster .. I managed to stop it but it was hairy as I couldn't get in easily, hit my hand, jumped in put it into park but had to steer  it away from the fence post . I little shaken I gave DH his meal said nothing drove back home to get him a coffee ! This was just in the paddock back of our house , checked DH car think it looked OK it was pitch black tonight . Told DH , he was concerned , so girls weekend is looking prity good now . All the girls said it is so easy to do , thankfully all OK .

DD and I went into the city this morning and attended a barista course run by Nespresso. It was free, only an hour and we were given a goody bag when we left. It had an apron, a box of chocolates and a glass Nespresso mug. That bit was quite a surprise.

Yesterday I attended a cooking demo at Le Kitchen in Ballarat.  Love that shop. The demo included how to make Mozzarella and a beef and caramelised onion casserole.
I bought lots of beautiful patty cases, ( I have just finished using  ones Judy gave me years ago.)  they were so pretty that they inspired me to replace them with different ones. I also bought some nice boxes that I can put goodies in when I give them as gifts.

I hope your weekend away with the girls went well Katie and that your hand didn’t give you any problems.

Loved the sound of that barista course cookie, great gift at the end of it and all free - amazing!

Chookie I’m sure every kitchen shop you see you just have to go in.  The casserole demo recipe sounds nice, are you going to try and make it in the Thermomix?

I had an early afternoon football match today, thankfully my seat is under cover so the rain didn’t bother me.

Wow you girls have all been busy.
I just popped into our local town to buy some glucosamine tablets as we had run out. I like the fact I don’t have to pay for parking on a Sunday. 😁

K Atie, I hope you enjoyed your weekend away.

I have been invited out for afternoon tea today in another town.  A shame it is raining as the highway will be  wet.

K Atie I hope you had a wonderful weekend.
