I did the ironing and washed and vacuumed the living area floor, all the while keeping an eye out for the NBN person. Naturally they didn’t arrive.

CC,  that is very thoughtful.  It is Fathers Day here in September.  Do you think he would like to visit us?

I pick the board Beans when they are little and slice them likeFrench Beans.  Ral doesn’t like broad Beans.

Judy you have been busy.
I’m sure DS would love cooking with you Chookie. 😁

It is very cold again.
CC,  your DS would be a pleasure to cook with.  We could go SD mad.
I have been making a printed file of FODMAP recipes.  These are also gluten free and lactose free. Bit of a challenge but have found some very nice recipes. Might try converting some to TMX.

Good on you Chookie. As long as it is helping your health. Are any of Quirky Jo’s recipes suitable for you?

I just pottered around today.

I’m a little congested in the head at the moment so skipped my gym session but I had a handyman coming to service my roller doors so I spent a couple of hours cleaning them so I still managed a workout.

Judy I do hope you aren't coming down with anything nasty. There seem to be so many deaths related to this flu. There have been 2 children here and a teacher, plus quite a few others.

Take care of yourself Judy .
DM is so good after her operation, only in over night . They think she is marvellously young 85 ! Hope the euphoria of all going well calms down so she doesn’t undo all the work on her back .
Home to feed the troops and friends called in for dessert , kids picked up a pavlova and decorated it for their friends. Warm fire side wine and pav ! First night of school holidays . DH collected them .
As soon as I returned home I found that the bantam had laid an egg 🥚 cute .
Freezing frost this am , teens asleep late .

It’s hard to keep a good woman down Katie but do try to keep Mum safe.
Today I had built-in cupboards installed in my laundry - so much neater now.

Yes Robyn flu shots seem to be extra important this year. We get ours for free as we are >65. DD gets hers for free as she works for the health department.

I spent some time at Bunnings today buying bits and bits and pieces of hardware, pots and a plant. Couldn’t walk past the sausage sizzle without buying a couple for lunch, the aroma always gets me.

Bunnings sausage sizzles are certainly tempting Judy.
We had a car run today. We went south to a member’s sons cattle farm. It took us all day but was lovely. As the weather was rotten, only a few Model A’s were taken.

Cookie, lovely photos, thanks.
Like Marina said, very cold but sun out.  Spent an enjoyable hour with the Chooks in the veggie garden.
Judy, Bunnings sausage stalls are very dangerous.
