Well tonight DD sent a message GO OUTSIDE , now heaps of people were posting about the southern lights !! Nothing but a white glow then got phone camera out super wow green and pink and stars so cool . Wishing I had a better camera on my phone . New iPad did nothing very disappointing. Even now go out side look east and get your phone camera out then you can see it . Never have I seen this before amazing.

Foggy this morning but again it’s all out doing an amazing show if it’s not foggy where you are ! Or else Facebook Instagram is full of everyone’s pictures. Happy Mother’s Day everyone ! No one home this time and I’d have to say today will be ok but I miss my DM do much at lest she gave hugs that are for a lifetime of memories. Xox

Well done to your DD, KAtie.

I got my stitches out today - 3 wounds and c. 15 or so stitches altogether.  Everything is looking good.  The surgeon is very pleased.  I now am back in my moon boot and have individual wound dressings on as well as a compression sock which I can take off on Sunday at which time I can also remove the wound dressings.  Still not weight bearing for another four weeks but the strict elevation directions have been lessened.  I am beginning to start feeling normal again, but there is still a long healing process to go - months, not weeks!  Maybe I will be back to 'real' normal in c. 12 months with luck and if I am good with my physio.

Cookie DD already has an internship with a company in the city part time . It’s like graphic design . Also I packed up my TM31 and DD has it now ! It feels strange without it but all good . Did shopping today , must do it more regularly as it’s always a big shop . Freezing a a little wet .
