Thanks Judy. It’s weird.

Yesterday  DD took me to St. Vincent's hospital in the city for some oesophagus tests.  I won't know the results for a couple of weeks.    It was a long and tiring day and I was glad to get home.  I was DD's first time driving to the centre of the city and she did a great job.

Mab take care . Another crazy dad of washing cooking and a bit of Family time . DD came to get some clothes, that are going to be sold . Seemed I’m here to feed everyone. I made dinner early so DD had some and took a care package as well .

Gym this morning, it’s very very cold.  Then off to Melbourne for Food fair at Exhibition Building with GD. Family dinner at hotel tonight with family.

Physio with a new therapist, still at Kieser gym.  New exercises and told to wear my shoes as I am doing them as my foot is very sore because I was in a moon boot for so long and the foot has to get used to being 'normal' again.

That sounds like fun Chookie.
Marina, your poor foot, now it has to get used to being normal. 😀😀😀

Lovely to see the forum up again. I spoke with MM but he didn’t mention if it was the IT crisis that hit everything.

Washing and recovering from time in Melbourne. The Little Food Fair was fantastic. GD and I taste tested our way around all the stalls. The hand made butter was the most outstanding for us.

That sounds wonderful Chookie. The Good Food and Wine show finishes here today. I used to love going to it, but it’s become the Good Wine show and lots of ladies seem to use it as an excuse to become intoxicated for free. I don’t mind drinking but some people get rather ‘over the top.’

Cookie, that’s a shame. We noticed that they kept all the wine stalls together at the far end of the exhibition. Also everyone was given a plastic glass to use at water stations.
Today, Tai Chi, Book Club and GC for dinner.

That sounds like an excellent idea Chookie. Only the usual necessary things done here today.

I got a greasy spot on my Puffer jacket. It took a few hours of attention to remove it. Including going to a sports shop and buying 3 tennis balls to put in the tumble dryer to fluff it up.
