What have you been doing today?

DD and I spent the day at the Royal Show. We had a lovely day.

I was thrilled when we were in the cooking pavilion to see Tenina' s and Alyce's books on sale. Pete was there (from Hub and Spoke) and I had a lovely chat to him. I was ever so lucky to be given some Heleila vanilla essence sachets by him. Thanks Pete.

Off to the Newcastle Food and Wine Fair today.
It's nowhere near as good as the Sydney one but will make for a nice day out.

No royal show ths year. It costs us a few hundred when we go, so saving our money for Hawaii.
