Just back from Noosa and Brisbane - weather was perfect ... during the day!  Two nights of wild storms in Noosa (quite spectacular) but other than one day when it was a little bit wet both places were lovely and warm so that made it a relaxing and welcome break.

Whilst I was up there DS and I went to Eumundi market - it is a huge market and easy to get lost, but we found two excellent natural pain relief creams - both of which I experimented with while I was up there (using the creams my DS bought) on my arthritic knee and they both seem to work really well so I have ordered a tub of each and will see how I get on over the next couple of weeks - for anyone thinking about following up on these creams, do a bit of research and seek medical advice (for instance it is not recommended to use them if you are on warfaren).  I think both creams are magnesium based.  DH is also very interested in seeing how they go so I hope they are as effective in the long run as they have been so far.

DD and 2 GD took me Christmas shopping today.  17 year old GD decided she wanted a photo taken with Santa and insisted we all had to be in the photo. Then we had lunch at a favourite restaurant.

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

How lovely having your photo taken together.
I had my hair cut this morning and did the grocery shopping this afternoon.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
