Dede, can only echo what everyone else has said - my thoughts are with you and particularly your mum - what an awful thing for her to have to go through.  Just concentrate on one day at a time . . .

Thanks everyone, I know I woke up this morning feeling pretty empty, I can only imagine how mum would be feeling this morning. :(
It's going to be a tough next few months. I just hope the treatment will reduce the tumor and give her a lot more years of comfort.
