Kimmyh thanks for that link. I've run out of all my nuts and seeds this week and was planning a trip to the market to stock up but I've got an appointment in the city tomorrow so will call there on my way home. I'm sure I'll spend a fortune and get far more than what is on my list.

Thought I would share a framing repair job I did today.

I'm so glad I didn't actually have to touch it :D

Ick. Not something I would want on my wall! My friend has a large collection of framed insects...

Thank goodness your photo was so big it was out of frame for me Mandi.  Just saw the tip of a couple of legs and that was all I wanted to see.  I could never have framed that in a million years and if it was in my house, then one of us would have to go  ;D

Yes I remember days living on acreage, huntsman the size of a hand! We moved to suburbia and one day we found one in our bedroom. I think it had been in hiding while we moved, only to come out and freak us out!

Last night i didnt know what to cook,I had some leftover chicken with the cashew satay sauce and extra sauce. I put a whole chicken breast in the varoma which I had scored on each side. Sprinkled some tamari over it and added zucchini, broccoli and bok Choy. Steamed for 20 mins, added a bit extra tamari to veggies. Poured the sauce over and voila! Beautiful moist chicken.

Condolences to you Halex. Both on the loss of your MIL and the arguments that have already started. Be strong.

We dropped Miss 11 off at the airport last night to go to Singapore with the local Scout group. She'll be there now. So very excited for her, she will have a ball. 3 days in Singapore, then 4 days at the Singapore Scout camp in the jungle. I'm thinking I'll have some very stinky washing and a very tired girl get off that plane next week.
