What have you been doing today?

I had a lazy morning sleeping in and reading my book over breakfast and coffee.  The afternoon was spent in the yard, mowing, trimming, spraying weeds and weed & feed on the lawn. Also cleaned up the back veranda.

Made another 2 loafs of sour dough, now I am looking for a biscuit recipe to try.

Today its Sunday, So I cooked of course.

My DH just did the dishes (3rd load today in the dishwasher) and the pots by hand...

We went out to lunch today then  to the Fishermans wharf markets and then Farmer Jo's for fruit & veg.

Had a busy day Obbie.  I spent part of the day shortening pairs of jeans which I hate doing. I don't know why they make the legs so long. DS is very tall and they were still far too long.   Made pizza but apart from that  put the rest of the cooking off until tomorrow. Had hassles with computer but DS got that sorted for me.

I always go to my DS for computer help He seems to have more patience with me than my DH.
I've given the dog his morning walk,didn't meet a soul this morning,very eerie!,plenty of pheasants though.

Perhaps everyone slept in and that is why there was no one else on your walk.  DH got up early to watch the formula one qualifying we taped last night. I had great plans for the day, but they quickly went out the window as the day progressed.
Computers are great when everything is going okay. This one played up today, hopefully it will behave itself now.  How is that gorgeous GS.  They grow up so fast.

Went to greyhound play group this morning, stopped off at shops on the way home.  Preparing for speech competition next week. Back to work tomorrow, where has the weekend gone?

Diary of a wimpy kid at 10am. Better than I thought.
Lunch out, not in Fremantle as plannd, spent over 30 mins looking for a park, nothin>  very over Freo.
Nice lunch at the country club.
Afternoon nap, now watching formula 1.

Hally, it is so annoying when you can't get a park.  That happens sometimes when we want fish and chips in the car overlooking the sea.  If it is a lovely day, there are so many cars on the fish and chip shop road that I can't pull in to get our lunch. I will only go around a few times and hope that someone is backing out as I come along - only had to move onto another suburb once thankfully.

started on the veggie garden today.   There are 12 plots,  so if I do one a day,  I may have them done by Xmas.
Made loaf of bread in TMX and bread machine. Vac sealed the fab. Bol sauce.  In messing around with iPhoto on I pad ,  found 3 copies of what's for dessert.   Wonder how that happened.?
