What a great day Judy ! I love it how the kids can twist their grandparents arms (stops them twisting my arm instead lol).

My DS4 is down the coast with my parents getting spoilt for a few days too.  He's loving it being a big boy staying at Nanna and Grandad's on his own, so cute.

Judy I am sure your GD will remember today with great fondness. DD still speaks of the days she had out with Her grandparents many years ago.

Jo, hope everything has calmed down.
Judy, sounds like a lovely day.
Our holiday is over and it was a long, seven hour journey home today. I'm up to my third load of washing and have crashed on the couch, sneaking a little forum time. Sad to say goodbye to our friends and the animals. Back to reality tomorrow.

Welcome home ES, these long trips are very tiring so enjoy your rest on the couch.  Nice to hear another member of our flock is safely home.

Just saw your photos, I think it time you traded in your bus for something more modern  :D

What a lovely day you had JD, your DG will remember these outings, I still remember good times I had with my DGM when I was little.
Welcome home ES love the photos.
My day was spent waiting for the DR then into the city to pick up our passports with our Vietnam visa's. I then meet DH for lunch and had a coffee while my car was  being cleaned, home and baked a batch of biscuits to fill the empty biscuit barrel.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

The family that originally had the farm had 9 children and used to take the bus on holidays. It's not going anywhere these days, but the chooks like it.
