Lol Mich I can just imagine the conversation had between you both.

That's great progress Jo! Hopefully next week she stays in for a while longer.

DH had the afternoon off so we went into Rusty's and got the vegetables and then had a coffee/ tea and him lunch, picked up our son from school and watched some Masterchef :)

Love it Mich. Must have been a few tense moments though before you made it out.

Sorry you can't make the trip Cookie, families take precedents and like you say, you can go away another time.

INAID, we had progress at swimming today too - DD actually got IN the pool for a very small part of her lesson time!  :)  She didn't really DO anything, but it's a start...only week 2.
DS has taken to it really well.  Has only had school lessons up until now, and swam the whole length of the pool today, breathing every third stroke.  It's a small pool, but I'm still impressed.

Jo - Ian Thorpe (an Aussie Olympic swimmer) wouldn't put his head under water when he first started to swim. DD will probably be a champion.  :)

lovely flowers CC.

How disappointing Cookie.

Very resourceful Michelle.

I am doing gardening today. It is very overdue after being away from home 3 weekends in a row. DW is talking about cleaning out cupboards. I might have to make myself scarce.

Lovely INAID, enjoy yourself.

This morning DD and I went out for coffee this afternoon I dropped DH off at the hospital to visit his brother, (parking is very hard and expensive) and then I visited my other brother who has just returned from New York.  He and his partner had a great time.
It was latish when we got back home so it was Red Rooster for dinner.
