Has anyone done the 4 hour body diet..

I am going to start it. :)

Eat every 4 hours, more low carb, which works well for me.. :)

Air food...I need a biccy and something sweet every day. My DD is trying to switch me over to air food and my stomach is rumbling at the end of the day. I know that we can always eat that bit better, but Im not strong enough to give up some goodies. DH flies back out tomoz so it's a swing back to air food for a week   :-[ (with a biccy thrown in  ;D)

I'm slightly lost on the concept of air food CP :-))
Giving up all goodies takes a lot of willpower and determination. I don't think many people can do it. But you don't have to give up all goodies to have a balanced and healthy lifestyle :D

Just be careful of fad diets Robyn... :)

I take air food as being salads etc that are light and not particularly filling, is that right CP?

Not a fad diet Amy.

I find carbs not so good for me.
Last time I dieted about 3 years ago, I lost 12 kilos easy in 3 months, but lowering my carb intake. :)

This sounds easy...
