I will loose 13 kilos this year, and maybe more.
DH thinks i wont do it, so i will ;D ;D ;D

I have a goal, a reason to loose it, and a time frame to loose it by.

Just have to get on the elliptical trainer thing.

Have my goals written down, ready to go ;)

Good on you Robyn, we know you can do it ;) :D

Good luck everyone  ;D if I can do it anyone can!
I plan to maintain my loss. Get back to regular exercise once my foot is sorted out and possibly lose a couple more kgs. I really want to tone up as well  :)

Well I'd like to lose 1/2 stone and DH needs to lose 2.5 to 3  stone.
He did WW a few years ago but now says he hated the meals, lost over 2 stone!

Look forward to chookie posting lower fat and sugar recipes and adaptations IDC.

Good luck everyone.

Am making all desserts in ramekins so portion control is a vital tool in changing eating habits.

See if it works .... Some people may eat two !  :P

Thats always a trap DJ ;D
You could try having your dessert and then brushing your teeth or having a cup of tea. That helped me kick the "two desserts" habit ;) ;)

I kind of started weight loss challenge for myself by drinking green smoothie at 6 pm and then having a lot of vegetables and maybe a tiny amount of protein. No carb at night. After 4 days my skirts were feeling loose. And surprisingly not feeling hungry. But then we went out for our wedding anniversary last night ...will start my regime again today.

Happy anniversary Courton.
Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate

It was actually a very cheap night since DH won a lucky door prize at one of the Christmas parties (dinner for two at a top notch restaurant)... So our only expenditure was tip and Wilson car parking!!!

Good for you - it's lovely to win dinner vouchers, especially when you have a special occasion coming up.

I have gained about 8kgs so far this pregnancy but have 9 weeks to go and this is the time I ususally stack it on.

Looking forward to trying the losebabyweight shakes and useful info from books to lose the baby weight from no 1 & 2 once I have this baby. Bought the stuff this week to take advantage of the discount this month and can't wait to start. I'm more motivated to start this time since I've learnt from the first one that breastfeeding does not help you lose weight, tummy, etc so I'm going to put more effort in. It all depends on how I cope with 2 under 2 though.
