LOL Judy, I also thought of Uni when I typed that one out. I was tempted to put a big bold heading saying "uni read this" next to it ;D

Thanks Amy for the snippets. I love them! 1 lot of these each day or so is great so I can digest them.

Great snippet Amy, thanks for going to the trouble.

No worries at all ladies! I looked at the last one after I posted it and I hoped I hadn't gone overboard. I wanted to write more but thought it might be too much in one go, so I will stick to just one or two, and try to keep them brief but informative ;) ;) ;)
The last thing I want to do is scare you off with information overload! :-[

What sort of rice and how much? Sorry, this probably feels like a game of 20 questions :-))

I'd include a little bit of protein with your morning snack too ;)

And since I'm on a ball with the questions, what sort of muesli do you have? ;D

I hope you don't feel like I'm interrogating you Tasty. If I sound too demanding just tell me to shush :-*

No I don't mind at all. If it means you can help me, great! :)

It was Jasmine rice - I can't remember exactly how much...maybe 1/3 of the plate or so.

By protein with my snack, do you mean something like nuts?

I have the Morning Sun Apricot & Almond Muesli - it's the only one I like.
