Thanks Bambi, but I understand your hunger. When I was pregnant (especially the first 3 months) I could eat a horse. I was always hungry. Then the last 3 months I didn't want to eat a thing as I suffered heart burn so bad that I would throw up. I was to scared to eat much at all :(
Hang in there Bell, keep up your 10,000 steps as best you can. And try to lean towards healthier food as much as possible. Once the baby is born you will be able to get back to a routine.

Next goal try running a bit, make you majr goal to run up the hill.

Whenver I am onthe bike or the treadmill at the gym, i always climb hills, no point doing flat work.

Will be no running for this fat duck, I'm not taking the risk of snapping my Achilles tendon. Don't think they would cope with any running. Will stick with fast walking and up hill walking I think :)

IF you have a heated pool nearby you should try water running. It is very low impact and a lot of runners use it when they are injured. It is supposed to give you as good a work out as running on land.

I thought daffy duck always called himself a little black duck not a fat duck.  You are doing really well Mandi. Keep it up.

well I'm down by a few hundred grams since starting the challenge. DD has bought a diet book which we are starting on today. So last night I had pizza, and yesterday osso bucco for lunch with a bit of wine. So today before we had brekky it was a glass of apple cider vinegar & honey (yuk), followed by a glass of fresh orange juice & chlorophyll, followed by a Greek yoghurt with grilled pineapple and banana. There is fruit and veges everywhere in the kitchen cos I can't fit everything in our fridge, and she tells me its food for the next couple of days  :o Its a clear soup for lunch, and I have to make some hummos for snacks, and then a vegetable curry for tea.  :-)) :-)) :-)) Seems like a lot of work, but I suppose I'll just do as I'm told and go with the flow and see what happens.

I weighed in this morning. I am down 1kg this week so I am very happy. I also took my waist measurement. It is up 2.5cm since the last time I measured it (over a month ago) not happy but it I expected this result.

CP that diet sounds interesting.

Well done Dash, that's great results even with the measurements being higher.
I'm trying hard not to focus on my weight as it doesn't seem to be budging, but my BMI seems to be decreasing so that's good. :)
