That's not good Jen. Look after yourself and take it easy if you need to until you can get rid of it.

I haven't exercised much this week. I have been tired and busy with work. By the time I get home I don't feel like doing anything. I am hoping to get back on track after some rest this weekend.

Actually I forgot to post my weigh in on Wednesday as well. No loss this week, but no gain either :D
The main reason is because I have only managed to get out walking a couple of time for the week as the weather has been horrible, and having my nephew with me restricts what I can do. Hopefully the weather will improve so I can get some more walks in for a better result next week :D

At least you didn't gain Mandi, that the most important thing :) Hopefully the weather will improve soon so you can get out and walk more this week :D

I have my weigh in today. I'm not looking forward to it since I haven't been able to do nearly as much exercise as usual :( In saying that though, I got a pretty good score on the grinder yesterday. I got 10.7km in 30 minutes ;) I was dripping a bit after that... but still can't do much leg work, and my physio appointment isn't for another week. I think I will go crazy.

How did the deep water running go Amy?  Is the hip flexor still giving you trouble?

I don't think I should have done the water running Den, my hip flexor hurt a lot afterwards and I had to walk home :(
It still hurts and I've resorted to walking backwards up hills again (and typically our house is on a hill). I probably look like an idiot but I'm past caring about that :-))
I see the physio on Thursday. Until then it will be swimming, grinder and weights :P I suppose this is a good opportunity to build my upper body strength.

I have now been walking most days for the last 2 months and I think it's now become my daily routine (except bad weather), I really don't like when it's raining and I can't walk the kids to school, feels really strange now. School holidays are coming up, but I'm still looking after my nephew so I think I will walk to pick him up most mornings if I can :)

The wind, rain and work has been full on this week and I have only been doing about 5000 steps. Am a bit disappointed because I wanted to get back on track. My weight has flat lined.

CP flatline is better than climbing :D
I have found it hard with having my Nephew most days, but if I can at least walk to the school once a day is better than nothing. This morning I walked to my sisters place to pick up my Nephew (about 40min walk return) I can definitely feel my legs burning pushing the pram up hill :D

I've been really hopeless on the exercise front. Did a big walk with a friend on the weekend but nothing at the gym - must go tonight!

That's great news Megan, no loss again this week, I'm still not 100% so over this cough and not feeling well, just don't have any energy.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Don't panic to much Jen, the energy will return once your feeling better. I hate getting sick, the worst symptoms are usually gone within a couple of days, but the loss of energy usually lasts for a long time.
