Don't worry Mandi, you can expect things like that to happen. I know how disheartening it is, but remember that if you got it off once, you can do it again ;)

Just weighed myself and down 1.6 kgs pretty happy with that have really upped the exercise this week curves 4 times walking every day and got the wii fit out and did steps on day going to use it again today. I wear my pedometer every day, those new ones that you have been talking about sound good, but mine isn't that old trying to up my steps by 500 each week,
I'm 5' 4" not sure what that is in cm, not ready to tell the world my weight yet,
I would still like to lose another 20 kgs,
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Wow what a great weight loss. You are steaming ahead. I just got the fitbit scales and pedometer and according to the fitbit scales I am actually down 200g :)
I decided I love the new scales as they told me I weighed 75.8kg instead of 76.2 :D

Absolutely ;) ;)

I wish I could take all of you to my personal trainer. He's the most encouraging, motivating, caring guy. His personal training focuses on weight loss, and him and his wife also provide nutritional guidance. Its a fantastic little business :)

Amy, how long do you spend with the PT each week? i noticed you had a three hour session the other day, I can barely get through 1 hr but then again I only do exercise because i know i have to not because I really enjoy it.

I'll give you an example of my weekly exercise routine Wonder. All my PT sessions are 2-3 hours and I do cardio and weights training ;)

Monday - PT
Tuesday - PT
Wednesday - PT
Thursday - Swim or run (at least 1 hour)
Friday - PT
Saturday - Walk or jog (at least an hour)
Sunday - Swim or run (at least an hour)

I love exercise. Its my drug ;D

Wow Amy that is some routine, I would be a stick figure if I kept to that. I can't imagine 3 hours with a PT and I can't imagine loving exercise  ;D I have a sister who is a marathon runner and trains similar hours to you, she always tell me I don't get the endorphin rush because I need to be more positive about exercise but I can't get over doing it just because I know I should.
