I LOVE my oven!! ;D I have 2 single electric ovens, Euromaid brand, they are excellent... if the recipe says 15min at 180 deg, that is what you do and it turns out PERFECT every time, perfect on temp and perfect on time.  ;D Also they cook extreemly evenly - never before had I seen such even cookin in an oven. They are apparently made in Europe, hence the name. I will admit it was a very hard decision what to get as I had never even heard of the brand before, but I am so happy we went with them. They are built in ovens, then I have an induction cooktop in the same brand that I love too.  :)

P.S: I've never had any luck with gas.

astarra, the euormaids look great. I would love an induction cooktop next time. I will need to find a 90cm freestanding oven with induction cooktop when replacing my current smeg, unfortunately I think smeg are the only company that do that comination at the moment
