Ah, okay
There would definitely be something wrong with her if she preferred cat food over homemade cooking

I'am so happy today, my DGS nearly two went home last night after 5 weeks with Nanee, His mother arrived home yesterday lunchtime we went to the airport to meet her. I love him to bits but it was a lot of work for this old lady. Now I'm packing the caravan and heading off for a break....

Hi Dede, at first he pulled back and pushed her away, but after 10 seconds he realized who it was, I was walking free. He was being a real monster at the airport, anyone who saw him would have thought he was a real little s--t. and he was. normally he is quiet good.LOL

I'm concerned that I could have my 2 year old nephew for several weeks if my sister has her baby early. I'm nominated as no.1 to take care of him. It will turn my life upside down. But I would do anything for my sister.
She had a scan yesterday and everything not looking so positive. She's 26 weeks. She needs to keep bub there for hopefully several weeks yet. Any sign of early labor and they will send her away to another hospital as they can't cope with babies born before 30 weeks here in Launceston. Last time she went to Adelaide for 5 weeks. Fingers crossed that doesn't happen this time. The doctors have started her on shots of steroids to strengthen the babies lungs just in case

Thanks GF, we can only take one week at a time now. At 26 weeks the baby has around a 80% chance of survival, she weighs around 1.1kg which is pretty good considering my nephew was born at 30 weeks weighing 1.5kg. The bigger she is the better too.

All the best for your sister and the family Mandi. Stressful time for everyone at the moment.
Amy, it's always nice when our home goes back to 'normal'.
