Congrats kimmy

I have started the washing from Stinkapore. Whew-ee there were a few smelly articles of clothing!

The best thing I have learnt and I recommend it to anyone sending their kids away on a trip... - pack one set of clothes in a large zip lock bag ie underwear, socks, pants, top. Squish all the air out and seal. When the child has a shower they can grab a bag of clothes out of their suitcase knowing that everything they need to wear is in it. Then once they have showered all the used clothes get stuffed into the zip lock bag and sealed.
It is easier to pack (for you and them) they know exactly where everything is, no hunting around a suitcase for smalls that are at the bottom, no stinky dirty clothes mixed up with clean ones. The suitcase doesn't smell gross when they get home. If anything is wet it doesn't wet any dry clothes.
Worked well for Miss 11, she said it was so easy to see what was a clean bag and what was a dirty bag. And she also said it was really easy to pack her suitcase when it was time for home.

Happy the painters have finished and gone and I am slowly getting things back where they should be. House does look good  ;D

Congratulations Kimmyh and BZB.  ;D

I am happy that DD2 has came home for a short visit.  :) She has brought her new (again) boyfriend to meet us.  He seems very nice, he is attentive to her and polite, you can't ask for much more than that.   :)
