Great win BZB! A friend of mine highly recommends them and I looked into it myself. The only thing that deterred me was the fact that I probably wouldn't use my TMX as much...

Heard the recycled rubbish truck just now, and I know for sure my DS had wheeled the bin to the verge yesterday. He forgot to do it 2 weeks ago :( Woke up in a panic last week on a non-rubbish-truck day. Put on robe. Wheeled the bin out. Thankful a truck was still 2 doors away. Walked into the house...and then realised it was the wrong day! No wonder there weren't any bins on neighbours' verges.

It was the truck that collected green (from gardens) waste ;D

You can get caught out BZB and if one of the neighbours puts the wrong coloured bin out, it throws you so now I make sure that when a bin is emptied it goes second in line at the back of the house and the other bin, due for the following week's pick-up, is first in line.  Never any confusion for me now.

BZB do you have 3 bins?  We have to put all our garden waste in our rubbish bin. Not that it gets very full. We seem to have more recycling than rubbish.

Cookie my bottle bin is usually full and my garbage bin is empty. We take all our newspaper to the dogs refuge .

Cookie, we have 2 bins too. We are probably in the same city cos you are in the next suburb. We had verge collection last week for green waste.
