We had bbqd pineapple with a touch of cinnamon at a restaurant recently. It was simple and beautiful.

Nope not here either but I have fried pineapple and basted with maple syrup. Really good.

Not only do they look great together they compliment each other so well..
I'm happy to be back in the cooking mode.  Must say Phil made me even lazier to start with. Pre prepared salt and pepper squid last night and pre prepared spring rolls. No more. Back to make from scratch.
