Thanks Michele, he's very shiny and sparkly
Do you have any suggestions for what my mum could do about her nails?

Prior to some chemotherapy being administered, finger tips are immersed in ice to reduce the nails falling out.
Unfortunately if the damage is done your mum will have to wait until they grow out.

Oh... what a shame nobody told us that before
Thanks anyway Michele
Today me and my mum went for a walk around a bush track and we found a little bench to sit down on for a while. While we were sitting there, a little bandicoot came out of her burrow and started hopping around. We sat on the bench for about 15 minutes watching the little bandicoot, who we named Barbara
It was fun trying to guess where she would pop out of next, because there were lots of little hidey holes she kept disappearing into. She was a very cute bandicoot
So that made me happy today

Happy today to be home from holiday. Smiling when I saw hand made card left by GD to say she loves her Ma and Poppa, ( us). Great holiday, but love being home.

My happy thing today was hearing my brat boy moving around in his bedroom which is directly above mine. Even though it was four am, it was wonderful to hear....I'm very happy to have him home.

I laughed yesterday when my cousin said she was using super glue and managed to almost glue her hand to some shoes, then she dripped 2 drops of the glue on her jeans which soaked through and glued the jeans to her legs
I hate super glue as I always manage to get some on my fingers.

Just yesterday, i bought DS4 a small pack of popcorn and DS1 saw his brother with the bag of popcorn, was walking (tottering) towards him to ask for some goodies.
So both boys just sat on the rug eating pocorn together for 15 mins. DS4 fed one popcorn at a time to DS1. So heart warming seeing them sitting together, side by side, and played nice. An unusual change from fighting with each other over toys all the time.... 😁

Chookie, what a lovely thing to come home to
Stacelee, I hope your brat boy is just as grateful to be home
Mandi, I'm terrified of superglue for that very reason
frazzled_mom, how beautiful to see your boys like that
Did you get a photo?
Well... I had to smile yesterday because I discovered that a local college is FINALLY offering a course that I've been wanting to do for a couple of years now
And then I found out that enrolments are tomorrow

Kids do make you laugh and smile, and also melt with love, or shine with pride
they also make you steam with anger and disappointment at times too. But all the cute and lovely things they do soon make you forget the naughty things.
