Oooh, low carb pancakes. The look nice and fluffy!
I had kale dry fried with some diced bacon, with some poached eggs, sprinkled with lemon juice and hemp seeds. Yummo.

I just made ham and cheese toasties in cheese and bacon buns! All enjoyed! Girls had juice and water, I had a glass of milk.
