Bacon toastie with avo and tomato. My basic breaky. Sometimes I have smoked salmon instead of bacon, and sometimes it's just avo and tomato.

A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

A slice of fruity's 5 cup
loaf
with a big smidge of butter and a diet coke.
The loaf is super easy to make, I made it with dried fruit mix left over from Xmas.

Mich I have partly given up the coke habit. Don't have any in the house anymore. Just a treat now if we go out for dinner.
