You honestly can't mess up Cookies Vienna loaf. It is beautiful and my favourite. Follow it to the letter and you'll have an amazing loaf.   Once you've mastered the basic then add seeds and things as you go. I add whatever I have in the cupboard but mainly white chia, sunflower, sesame and linseeds. Give it a go Amy. You won't regret it.

I'll second the Vienna loaf Amy its really the only one that works every time for me oh and the turkish bread all the others I'm a bit hit and miss ;D

I think you'll surprise yourself Amy. Be prepare to eat your words and a rather nice loaf of bread!

Just to let you know I bake mine in a loaf tin for 40 mins although tonight I did a free form.

I had my usual combo with warm milk :)
And I bought some baker's flour this morning to try baking Cookie's Vienna loaf, so I will hopefully have some fresh bread for breakfast in the next day or two! :D
