Lovely Mother's Day breakfast of poached eggs and mushrooms. Made a lot pot of Crio Bru, can't say I like it much but I have a giant bag of it to use up,  it does get better with each cup, must be an acquired taste.

Sounds like a nice Mother's Day breakfast GHM.

I think the Crio is an acquired taste. I drink it everyday at work now but it took a bit to find the one I liked and to develop my taste for it.  I do find that you need to use at least the recommended amount for the volume of water and let it brew for 10-12 minutes.

A bit colder in the morning here now but still sticking with my green smoothie after the gym. I did have a big breakfast of bacon, eggs, tomato and mushrooms yesterday, it was nice for a change.

Special K with banana this morning :)

I've got to cut down on my Chobani yoghurts :( I wondered what was making me sick and then realised that (of course) they're not lactose-free :-)) :'(
I can probably have one per week... maybe two... :P
