had to post today because I had a boiled egg on toast - no greens in the fridge for my standard smoothie.

Homemade whole grain toast with homemade peanut butter and honey!
Yummy on a cold damp morning.

Stayed at airport hotel in Melb last night before going to chookies today. I didn't want a big breakfast, so asked for just a serve of Bircher muesli, instead of the full buffet breakfast. I got a smallish drinking glass, only just half filled with fairly bland and dry Bircher muesli, and was charged $8 for it
. Not even a coffee to go with it either

Muesli is the current option for me.
A mix of several hearty, no sugar, varieties, with extra oats added to economise. Sometimes with extra fruit on, banana, or raspberries from the garden.

Egg on toast for me today. Was cold after my walk and had an early work phone call so easier than making my normal smoothie
