No I haven't seen that one rostess, I must  check it out thanks.  I almost prepared another lot of chia pudding tonight but because it's not hot here at the moment I decided to hang off until It warms up again.

Seedy porridge for me, with banana, sliced.

If you like things to pre soak have you tried Bircher muesli JD?
Here is a recipe.

Use fruit juice or milk to soak overnight as a variation.
Grated apple and nuts is traditional, but any fresh fruit is great. I love it and will be offering it for B and B guests on preorder.

I'm serving bircher muesli as part of my Christmas Brunch menu. Got my recipe off youtube.

I tried it once at a brunch at DD's DJ and quite liked it but when there are other lovely offerings I would go the egg dishes every time.  Something different is always nice for a change though.

I have a brand new kitchen and a brand new oven.
The first thing I am going to cook in it is Quirky Jo's Christmas Breakfast Casserole.
It sounds wonderful and a good recipe to try the new oven even though it is after Christmas Day.

Sorry I am not sure how to link the recipe. It is on the Quirky Cooking Blog - done for you  ;)
