Astarra, there are road works here at the moment, going very slowly, so we leave home at 7.30 am, to only drive 12 klms, (usually takes 10 minutes), but we have 5 stop and goes.

It can take 20-30 minutes to get to school, then I get to work by 8am.
work is only 1 block from school.. :)

Today toast and coffee here
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

I made this for brunch this morning - strawberry & cream cheese filled French toast.

We were out of oats this morning (well, not enough for the whole family) so no porridge today.  Soft boiled eggs for the kids and scrambled eggs for DH & me.

We made the paleo pancakes on Quirky Jo's website using banana flour, they were great, held together well & are the closest to normal pancakes we have made since trying wheat free & dairy free recipes. We use rice milk instead of coconut or almond milk as per the recipe.
