Fresh Amy, we have chickens, and get about 6-7 eggs per day.
You can taste the difference between your own free range eggs, and caged eggs in a supermarket..

Yumm :)

Breakfast for me this morning will be a banana and tub of yoghurt after my blood test. I need something quick and easy to digest because I have my PT at 8:30 ;)

Not thinking about the blood test... :-X

You'll be fine Amy, don't look and keep wiggling your toes to take your mind off the needle.

I always try my best to stay calm, but its very hard. Mum has asked me several times if I want to try hypnotherapy to overcome this phobia :-\

Spinach, onion, red capsicum and Feta Fritata.

I have a nice little Scanpan nonstick fry pan that I cook all the veggies in with a touch of oil then pour the beaten eggs over the top and leave it on a low heat until it is cooked about half way through. Then I slide the pan under the grill to cook the top half.
