I think that's a great breakfast (brunch maybe more like it) kt2.  I once invited my best friend and her family over for a chicken and champagne breakfast on Christmas morning and we both agreed we could quite easily have given the traditional roast lunch with relatives later a miss.

It was really enjoyable! I think most of our family have gone home to have a nanna nap  :D

You're very good Robyn. I love a diet coke for breaky.
Maybe that's my caffeine hit as I only drink coffee every now and then and never drink tea.

Back home and back to my green smoothies. Really missed them while I was away and already feeling better after only two days of smoothies.
