Rice cakes with salad here....random!  :-\

Astarra, maybe you can answer a question for me ;)
How do you get the salad to stay on the rice cakes? I used to try those for lunch but my salad always used to fall off :o :(

I had Just Right for breakfast with banana and some yoghurt afterwards. I love Just Right, it brings back memories :D

almond paste or vegemite.... or put another rice cake on top and eat it like a sandwich!  :)
:D

Another green smoothie for me.  Baby Spinach, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 banana, handful of raspberries, 1 egg, Superfood blend and water.  Yum!

I hope it goes well Amy.

I had scrambled eggs with wilted baby spinach and feta with a slice of sourdough pumpernickel.
