Yes, good point Have you tried the almond meal again? Or perhaps an LSA mix?
Craving ice can be a sign of iron deficiency (as is wanting to eat soil😮) so might be worth getting it checked if you haven't had a blood test recently.

Almond meal is a regular & I've bought all the ingredients to make LSA, just haven't gotten around to it yet...I also added some sunflower seeds and pepitas, I was a little bit heavy handed though as that smoothie tasted like bird seed But the almond meal works a treat and I've added 3 tablespoons and not noticed it.
