I have problems with the spell check changing my words into something totally irrelevant.

I made this today with quite a few changes as I was baking for someone that has many food intolerances.
I substituted the cocoa for coconut, the butter for nutlex and the sugar for a sweetener
It turned out light and fluffy and I am very happy with the result. I am making another one now as I taste tested the original cake to many times........oops  ;)

AB, my son-in-law gave me a gecko stylus + pen for Christmas and it's great for using on the iPad - one end is soft and rubbery like a finger and this is the end you use.  Not sure what to do with the other end  :-)) ;D

OMG.  I've just made this for the first time.  Why did I wait so long.

It's so light and so much like a naughty chocolate cake.

it made a small ring tin and three large rectangle friands (well there were three - now two and a bit)

.
I do the best I can

YUM!  That looks scrummy.  Really excited to find this recipe (hadn't noticed before) - one of DD's best friends is gluten free, and I hadn't found many cake recipes I liked the sound of (that didn't have lots of ingredients I dont have).  Going to test this one out very soon.   ;D
