Hi all!

Had my Thermie about a week now and loving it! Also have a party booked in at my place next week to show my friends how awesome it is. Looking to get lots of great new recipe ideas on here.

A very warm welcome, EllieC!  Your demo will be a lot of fun!!  You will find that the best partner for your TMX is this forum . . . so many warm and friendly people here with all sorts of advice on just about anything at all . . .!! ;D  Look forward to hearing how your demo went and how you're doing in the kitchen!

Thanks everyone!

I've made so much already - vege stock was first then chicken & mushroom risotto. Then lemon custard, porridge, rekorderling strawberry & lime cupcakes, choux pastry balls with garlic & herb filling, cheese & bacons rolls, Vegemite scrolls, red curry paste, Thai chicken curry, strawberry sorbet.....

More to come! What's all your favourite recipes?
