I did my steamed jam roly poly for dinner tonight and was pleased with it so I'll post that.

ooh this is one of my faves of all time, so am going to try this cookie. I may have made it in the TM but can't remember, and am sure we will enjoy yours as per usual. You have been very busy this week as I have noticed a couple of recipes you've posted prior to this challenge. I am glad this challenge has been brought up because I have been thinking lately that there haven't been regular recipe postings of late.

I'm in. Love converting recipes. This is probably why I don't use my recipe books very much. Like CP, I have noticed that there have not been a lot of recipes posted of late.
